Attention students,
If you plan to attend football games you are responsible for leaving the stadium and/or contacting a ride to pick you up immediately after the game. Last week, we had a number of students who were stranded in the stadium parking lot for more than 3 hours after the game ended. DHS school administration is asking students to leave the stadium as soon as the event ends. Further we are asking stadium security and law enforcement to notify the proper authorities if a student is stranded after the game for more than 1 hour after the event has ended. It is not safe for any child, male or female, to be unsupervised and/or stranded in a stadium parking lot.
Please remind your parents to pick you up immediately after the game and if you need a ride, call your parents during 3rd quarter of the game.
