Attention Seniors: Please pick up a Scholarship Information Form in the counseling office if you haven’t already received one. This form is to report any scholarships you will receive and to tell us what college you plan to attend in the Fall. We will also use this form for information for Seniors Honors Night. See Ms. Davis in the counseling office for this form. This form needs to be completed and returned to the counseling office no later than April 14th.
Also, remember to provide us with a stamped, addressed envelope for your final transcript to be mailed at the end of the year to the college you will be attending.
