Parents, please emphasize to your students that there will be zero tolerance for vandalism during Homecoming Week, or any week for that matter. So called "junior-senior" wars last year at this time resulted in a lot of damage to the school and homes in the community.
We have contacted Dunwoody Police to be on the lookout for such activity. They informed us that students participating in such activities may be charged with a felony. A felony stays on the student's record and can permanently affect future college and career opportunities. For extra measure, we encourage parents to please keep your teenagers home at night next week.
