Please have the completed form to your counselor by April 19th, and your counselor will return the form to you by April 26th. All required documents are due to GSU by May 1, 2019. The Student Participation Agreement Form is not part of the admission process at GSU.
Once a student is admitted to GSU for Dual Enrollment, they will receive an e-mail instructing them on how to upload the Student Participation Form online.
