Students who are new to Dunwoody High School will register by appointment only between the hours of 9am-12pm.

The following documents are required for registration:
  • Birth certificate
  • Social security card/waiver
  • Transcript/Withdrawal forms from previous school (test scores included)
  • Current immunization (GA form #3231)- (30 day waiver if enrolling from out of state)
  • Current hearing, vision, and dental screening (GA Form #3300)- (30 day waiver if enrolling from out of state)
  • All returning and new students must provide proof of residence before they will be allowed to proceed with school registration. Proof of residence must be current (within past two months). This includes a utility bill (water, gas, or electric; not phone or cable) or a current mortgage or lease agreement.

ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS MUST CONFIRM WHO THEY ARE BY SHOWING A PICTURE ID WITH PROOF OF RESIDENCE.
