- 2018 Seniors Last Blast: Registration Form & Waiver: Please complete this form for PTSO to register for Seniors Last Blast. Deadline May 10th.
- *NEW*Acknowledgement of Risk and Liability: Please complete this form from DeKalb County School District for your student's participation in the Seniors Last Blast. Students cannot participate if the form is not returned. Deadline April 11th -- fill it out just in case you decide to go!

Attention Seniors! Don't forget to purchase your ticket to Senior's Last Blast. Forms are available online, in the front office, and starting Monday we will be selling tickets in the main hall during lunch. The deadline to purchase your tickets is May 10th, so don't miss out on spending graduation night with all your friends! We are going to have some fabulous prizes this year - TV, Apple Watch, Yeti cooler - just to name a few so come join us at The Main Event!
