Halle Scott demonstrated courage, integrity, responsibility and concern for others throughout her life. This scholarship will be awarded to an outstanding DHS senior who exemplifies these same characteristics. This $1000 scholarship is opened to any DHS graduating Senior entering a full-time program of college study.
