Seniors Last Blast

Seniors' Last Blast Registration Form

Seniors' Last Blast
is a fun, safe, memorable lock-in for all seniors held on the night of graduation. The party starts Thursday (5/21) at 11:30 p.m. and ends at 6:00 a.m. Friday (5/22). At this chaperoned event, there are NO DRUGS and NO ALCOHOL. There will be games, music, food, prizes, and fun with friends to keep everyone awake and busy all night!

This year Seniors' Last Blast will be held at the Main Event in Alpharetta. Included in the $40 admission price is unlimited Laser Tag, Ropes Course, Arcade and Electronic Games, Billiards, Bowling and Prize Giveaways from 12 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. We will have an All-You-Can-Eat Pizza Bar upon arrival. Chips, Dip, Cookies, and Drinks will be available throughout the night followed by a Continental Breakfast in the morning prior to departure. Buses from DHS will provide transportation to and from the Main Event. Students will not be allowed to drive private vehicles to the Main Event.

To purchase admission, sign the attached registration and waiver forms, and drop off at the DHS Front Office or mail with your check to: DHS, 5035 Vermack Rd., Dunwoody, GA 30338, Attn: Seniors' Last Blast. We cannot accept any registration without the DHS registration form/waiver. There will be opportunities to register later in the semester, but we request registrations as soon as possible for planning purposes. Registration deadline is April 30th, 2015. Seniors' Last Blast registration is extended until Wednesday, May 6th. This is a hard deadline!

We greatly appreciate any amount you can give over and above the $40 admission to help cover the cost for students who would otherwise be unable to attend and to help cover the actual cost per student of about $75.

Opportunities to assist the Seniors' Last Blast Committee are available including chaperoning, purchasing prize items, and soliciting donations to cover transportation and prize expenses. Please contact Sandy Nicholson ([email protected]) or Janna Benston ([email protected]) if you would like to volunteer.
